Live headcounts for a growing church
Counting a full auditorium on paper meant totals arrived days late. We built an attendance app that ushers use on their phones, section by section, with totals rolling up live as the service runs.

The brief
Numbers on Sunday, not Wednesday
Leadership wanted to know attendance during the service, not after volunteers had added up paper tallies.
Built for volunteers
Ushers open a link, pick their section and count. No accounts to remember, no training session.
Rehearsed before Sunday
Counting schedules and totals were verified in rehearsal runs, so the first live service had no surprises.
Phased delivery
Delivered in phases against a written product spec, each phase reviewed before the next began.
